Knox Downtown Revitalization Plan

The City of Knox recently contracted with Ball State University to prepare an Urban Revitalization Plan with the goal of assisting the City in the revitalization of the downtown area and improving historic buildings through design proposals that would assist property owners in the improvement of their building facades.
