2026 Family Fun Day & Fireworks Show
Family Fun Day and Fireworks show will be on Saturday, June 27, 2026. The parade starts at 1 p.m. and the gates open at 2 p.m. at Wythogan Park for the all family activities. Fireworks show at 9:30 p.m.
We are pleased to announce that the planning of the 2026 City of Knox Family Fun Day & Fireworks Show has officially started!
We have realized that with the proven continued support and generosity from our community, this event grows bigger and better each year! The donations that we receive have continued to allow us to add more attractions, vendors, and family activities for all ages. These activities are kept at little or no cost to those in attendance and that could not continue to be possible without your sponsorships! Our growing attendance at this event shows us just how much our residents and guests appreciate this traditional hometown event! It is our hope that this event is becoming one that generations of Starke County families will attend and enjoy for many years to come!
We understand that everyone has had to make difficult decisions financially and appreciate donations of any amount that support this event. As this hometown event continues to grow larger each year, we also see an increase in the number of visitors from surrounding areas to our parks and businesses. We hope the additional visitors through our city result in a significant economic benefit to our businesses!
In celebration of the United States 250th anniversary on July 4, 2026, this year’s fireworks finale will be exceptional! You won’t want to miss this year’s event, as we commemorate our nation's anniversary in a red, white and blue extravaganza!
