Freeze Warning for All Customers Has Expired
In January the City of Knox issued a Freeze Warning for all water customers. Due to the freezing temperatures, it was recommended that residents leave water running from only one faucet (preferably the bathtub faucet) the size of
a pencil lead until further notice. That Freeze Warning will officially expire for all water customers on Tuesday, February 17th. Customers should now turn off any faucet that was left running during this Freeze Warning to avoid additional usage charges.
