Is Your Sewer Backing Up?
If your drains are gurgling or draining slowly, please contact the City Clerk's Office at (574) 772-3032 during regular business hours. After hours, contact the Knox Police Department at (574) 772-4122. We will check the City's sewer and speak with you about the problem before you call a plumber.

Sanitary Sewers
Sanitary Sewers are designed to carry bodily wastes and toilet paper to the wastewater treatment facility for processing. Anything else that is flushed or sent through your drains could potentially cause blockages in your lateral or the sanitary sewer causing you and/or your neighbors problems.
