HOLIDAY DECORATING CONTEST

Mayor Dennis Estok is pleased to announce that the City of Knox will again have a Holiday Decorating Contest for 2016.  To have your address added to the list of homes to be judged, please call the Mayor's office by Monday, December 12, 2016.   Judging will take place on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 from 6-9 p.m.  Make sure your holiday decorations and lights are on!  Winners will be notified by Friday, December 16, 2016 and announced on W.K.V.I.   Prizes will be awarded as follows:

1st Place --- $100.00

2nd Place --- $50.00

3rd Place --- $25.00

Knox City Fire Department

The Knox City Fire Department is located at 101 West Washington Street and is headed by Chief Ken Pfost. Information on the No Burn Ordinance, Burn Permits, Fire Safety, and Fire Prevention is available at (574) 772-4141.

Knox City Police Department

The Knox City Police Department is also located at 120 North Shield Street and is headed by Harold Smith, Chief of Police. They can be reached at (574) 772-4122, or by email at knoxpolice@cityofknox.net.
