The Knox City Plan Commission is responsible for the following:

 

Permit Fees:
Building $1.00 per Thousand of Building Cost, or Minimum of $30.00
Occupancy Permit $10.00 per location, non-transferable
Storm Water Ordinance Books $10.00
Fence & Storage Buildings under 100 Square Feet  $20.00 Over 100 Square Feet $30.00 
Rental Registration in the City Limits only  $10.00 per unit, renewable every 2 years
Legal Publication for variance hearings $25.00

 Currently Contractors are to file a Certificate of Insurance "To the City of Knox"
